Check
in/out: Check-in time - 3:00 pm. Check-out time - 10:00
am.
Minimum
stay: 6
night minimum rental, except 10 day during Dec-Jan
holiday period
Deposit and payment: $200
deposit to hold reservation and to be
held as damage deposit, full amount due 6o days before arrival. We accept checks or Paypal.
Deposit will be refunded within one week of
checkout*.
Taxes:
All
rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii
State Tax
Refunds: In
the event of
cancellation, full refund of deposit less $25 processing fee up to 60
days
before arrival. For cancellations after
that date, loss of deposit and rent for those days the unit cannot be
re-rented.
Important
restrictions: Absolutely
no smoking in or around unit. No pets.
Four persons maximum occupancy.
Cleaning
Fees: Arrival
and departure cleaning are included in rates. For
longer stays we can arrange special
cleaning at intermediate dates for a fee.
