My students enjoy conversing on-line with their keypals in CES 230, New York. We have learned so much from them. My students were thrilled to read about the snow there because here in Hawai'i it doesn't snow except on the tall mountain, Mauna Kea. We have been very lucky to have an excellent contact in Ms. Yolanda Ramirez. This excellent and energetic teacher has certainly taught me a lot. Though we may be separated by the Pacific Ocean and thousand of miles, the internet has allowed us to be neighbors. Aloha and mahalo (thank you) for all your help Yolanda! :)
