LATE REGISTRATION PERIOD :   March 1, 2009  -   June 15, 2009
*$830 per person - double occupancy
*$1,135 per person - single occupancy

EXTRA ROOM NITES :   Coming Early?   Staying Late?
$160 per room per day (single or double) Such a Deal!   Add $30 a day for each additional person in the room.

1.   FILL OUT THE TWO PAGES OF THE   REGISTRATION FORM   attached to this announcement.   Puhleeeeze print/type clearly!
2.   Send $200 deposit per person or full payment.   Payment in full is due before the end of the registration period you are locking in.
Example :   Early Bird, double occupancy deposit $200 per person holds your room placement for Early Bird.
Balance Due :   $480 per person before the end of the Early Bird registration period to lock in that rate (August 31, 2008......so don’t be late).
All registration periods require deposits because we must forward them to the hotel to hold your room.   No deposit, no room.   Balance payment then locks in your rate.   So click on this Registration Form link, fill it out, and send it with payment to Irene Ross!

 

Cancellation Fees Policy :
1.   On or prior to September 15, 2008, a $50 per person cancellation fee must be assessed.   Balance of your payment will be returned promptly.
2.   September 16, 2008 - May 15, 2009, a $100 per person cancellation fee must be assessed.   Balance of your payment will be returned promptly.
3.   From May 16, 2009 - No refunds.
Sorry, it’s not us.   The money and deposits have all been sent to the hotel and they are very strict.   It’s their policy, not ours.
