Corner Card

I learned how to make the Corner Card from Norice at Creations Unlimited. Norice quickly "whipped" up a sample for me to take home, and I was quite impressed on how easy and quick it was to make.

opens up to a "corner"

Take a square piece of cardstock. Score on the dashed lines (middle of width and length) and cut on solid line, as shown.

Stamp the upper half of the square as desired. Make sure you position the square cardstock right side up (arrows up). Stamp the "wrong" side of the upper left square for the "front" of the card.

Fold along score lines, as indicated. "V" stands for a valley fold, and "M" stands for a mountain fold. Double stick tape the two right squares together, forming the "corner" card (top right square over bottom right square).

To make the image stand up in the middle of the corner card, I stamped two identical images on a scrap piece of cardstock and cut out the images separately while leaving tabs on the bottom of the stamped images. Double stick tape the images back to back. Cut a long enough slit in the diagonal fold to fit the tabs. Insert the tabs into the slit, open up tabs in opposite directions, and double stick tape to the bottom of the card.
