About Your Host I am Colin, a fourth generation native to Hawaii and a retired airline pilot. I am a docent for the Nature Conservancy of Hawaii, do volunteer work for various other non-profit organizations. I also sell commercial property and casualty insurance at Jerry Hay, Inc., a local general insurance agency when I'm not in the mountains of Oahu seeking WWII aircraft crash sites or leading Nature Conservancy hikes. TERMS 1. Minimum length of stay: 5 days 2. Maximum number of guests: 4 People 3. Meals: Refrigerator will be stocked with 3 days of breakfast items for two people, including milk, cereal and fruits. Coffee and other basic items will also be available, including utensils, cutlery and dinnerware. 4. Cleaning: The cottage will be cleaned prior to your arrival and all linens will be freshly made up. Guests are expected to do the routine cleaning and bed makeup during their stay. 5. Rates: a) 2 People or less, 5-7 nights: $150.00 per night b) 3 or more People 5-7 nights: $165.00 per night c) 2 People or less 8-14 nights: $140.00 per night d) 3 or more People 8-14 nights: $150.00 per night e) 2 People or less 14-28 nights: $135.00 per night f) 3 or more People 14-28 Nights: $140.00 per night 5. Deposit: A 1/3 deposit will be required to hold reservations in advance of arrival. Deposits will be fully returned for cancellations received prior to 30 days before arrival.
