Information
To get married in
Hawaii, you will need to obtain a marriage license from the State of
Hawaii.
Your wedding coordinator can arrange an appointment for you (contact your Resort of choice or Maui Wedding Association for list of coordinators), or contact a licensed agent, or the State Department of Health (links provided below).
You will need to give the marriage license agent, proof of age and identification, the Marriage License Application Form (download link provided below), Marriage License fee in cash, no blood test is required.
