You can get a membership form at any of the Monthly Business Meetings or by contacting our Membership Vice President at momsclub@hotmail.com.

Once you turn in your application and dues, you will receive a New Member Welcome Packet containing: current month's newsletter, current roster, Member's Benefits, Policies and Procedures sheet, Directions to Frequent MOMS Club Meeting Locations and a membership pin.
