Judea Hodara and Dona Chiprut
The Hodara clan must have migrated to Izmir Turkey sometime after the Spanish Inquisition (sometime on or after 1492).
Currently, Judea Hodara is the oldest name known. His parents names are not known. Judea Hodara was born circa 1875 in Smyrna and died in Paris in 1938. He married Dona Chiprut.
Judea Hodara never came to New York. Leon (Lion) Hodara, his grandson, was named after him.
