The Bruce Speaks!

To that end we've set a date for playing at Jelly's in Pearl City on January 11.  Let's make a suitable showing, say maybe two games of role playing and I'll scrounge up some miniatures players and get a game or two together as well.  As of this writing, I don't know what time we have to be in and out of there, but we'll find out.
The second thing I believe we need to achieve is to try and expand the membership. I will set a modest goal of ten new players by this time next year. When you're out and about town at the game stores, keep an eye open for people

As you may or may not have heard I have been elected to hold the office of President. I served in the position a few years back and I am honored to receive your vote and serve again. As I see it, we need to achieve a couple of objectives over the next year; secure a place to hold events,  and go in quest for an alternative place to play, expand the membership, and, of course, have more fun.
Hale Moku was a good place to play. Centrally located, central air with refrigeration and stove, couldn't ask for a better place when you think about

it. The club has been fortunate to have Jimbo live in the neighborhood and help us out so much. Military Dogs move on however and this has proven to be our Achilles heal.
There were only two ways out of this: One, a new military guy lives in the neighborhood, likes role playing and wants to help us out; or two, we find another place. A year goes by fast.
We're too small a club to form a search committee so I'm simply asking that all members keep their noses in the wind for a suitable alternative place to play in case we need one.
