Just sharing this that happened today

was it today?......

Healing

No rain day today, think that the autumn weather will push the rain away

for a while at least, 'cause it will be falling leaves season,

golden leaves, dancing leaves

car difficult to start in the mornings,

just like me....

 

Had a patient today, an old man, 74,

he has lots of cholesterol, and this is all,

the rest, ok,

even with a new girlfriend.....

he was a circus actor, acrobat, used to stand a truck going over his chest,

pulled planes with his teeth

a boxer, an explorer, he lived in Brasil, in the jungle,

had mummies 1000 years old, tiger heads reduced by jibaros indians,

sold everything when he retired, and came to live in cordoba,

but i am about to travel.... he said.

where? i asked

do not know! he said, doesn't matter! it is the wind i'm looking for,

not the destination.....

Right on! i said, right on old man!!!

he said: i do not allow doctors to treat me, i do not trust them, so

tied up and locked in the system and life routine, that is

i came here because some guy said this to me, but i came to check...

now i see your eyes, and i know

you can heal me, 'cause

we have the jungle

as our blood.

 

I said, old man, full respect!!

you are not sick

lets have some gin

for the memories, for the past that did not go away

for the eyes for the tears for the love and for the dare

for you and for me and for all

the ones that live in our hearts

lets rise this cup

as wide as our longing as deep as our

heart beat.

 

He said, i thought

i've given away that tiger head,

but here i just met the tiger

i thought that i

left the jungle left the air but

i see it is right here in the our heart, a jungle

wild friendly alive innocent instinct

in the sound of these two cups clinking

we'll be healed.
