Rental Policy

The cottage rents for $150 per night, the apartment for $135 per night and the studio for $125 per night based on weekly rate plus local taxes.  These rates are based on 7 night rental and double occupancy. Rates are higher during holidays and high season.

Discount given for stays longer than 3 weeks.  Rates are subject to change at any time.  Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee.  If less than 45 days notice is given we will refund your deposit minus the cancellation fee if we are able to re-rent your dates.

Payment in full is required at least 45 days prior to arrival.

Each stay requires an out cleaning & damage deposit, which is mailed back to you.
