Rental Policy

Whispering Bamboo cottage weekly rate is $150 per night.

Hibiscus Hideaway 1 bedroom apartment rents for $135 per night.

Swaying Palms studio is $125 per night.

These rates are based on 7 night rental and double occupancy.

Discount given for stays longer than 3 weeks.  Rates are subject to change at any time.  Your money is refundable if notice is given at least 45 days prior to arrival minus a 10% or $100 (which ever is greater) processing fee.  If less than 30 days notice is given we will refund your deposit minus the cancellation fee if we are able to re-rent your dates.

Each stay requires a cleaning fee & damage deposit, which is mailed back to you.  Cleaning fee for studio is $45, for apartment is $60 and for cottage is $75 based on double occupancy.
