        This non-smoking home on Mariners Ridge in an executive community called Hawaii Kai offers many pluses.  The large lanai (deck) greets you with  a partial ocean view, the patio table being the perfect place to have breakfast or to relax in the early evening just to soak in the ambiance of Hawaiian living.  

Mariner's Ridge View from Koko Marina

    The first room of our Mariner's Ridge home has a king-sized bed and offers an  enchanting view of the Marina, ocean and Koko Head Crater and Koko Head Mountain.  The second room has two twin-sized beds and has a view of our small tropical garden and a sliver ocean view.  The third newly decorated room has a queen-sized bed which overlooks the pool and has a view of the Marina and Koko Head Mountain. Shared one-and-one-half bathroom.  TV in  room.   Based on season and/or length of stay, the daily rate ranges from $75 to $100, plus taxes, per room.  Maximum two-person occupancy per room.  Minimum stay is three nights.

        A large swimming pool is available for your enjoyment.  Friendly host couple who are very helpful.  Breakfasts are customized to your diet and preferences. Besides the choice of coffee, tea, or juice, the customary foods offered each morning are fresh fruit, choice of cereals with a grain such as muffins, bagel or bread.  Macadamia-nut granola and muesli made with organic yogurt are favorites of our guests.

        Minutes from famed snorkeling beach, Hanauma Bay and Halamana Cove next to Blow Hole, and other lovely beaches.  Two award-winning restaurants five to ten minutes away.  Three nearby shopping centers with host of fast food choices as well.  Waikiki about 20 minutes away.  This is a non-smoking residence.
