Clone #7 went the farthest in the experimentation. It still lived, on a ICU unit, being fed nutrients from tubes that were connected to her from a machine. The scientists cut it open and removed the alien specimen, which died shorly after. A surgical cut can be seen on its chest.

#7 was deformed. Its right arm mutated into an alien form, and so did both her legs. It had the appearance of Ripleys face, but with silver fangs inside its mouth. It constantly drooled as it waited, hoping that its life would end soon knowing what had happened. It still had the same heart as Ripley had before.
