Clone #4 was showing signs of success because of the human form that was taking place. When sign of the alien form were showing, the experiment was shown unsuccessful to all the scientists. Life support was taken off the creature so the scientists could get ready for the fifth attempt.

#4 is around 4 years old, but with the body of about a 12 year old. Shown here, it has the aliens fanged tongue coming through her left cheek. Her face could barely support it. Hair has formed on her head. Also, #4 has an exoskeleton. #4 is kept in a preservation jar for possible future use.
